HIBLOW HP-100LL Pond Aerator/ Septic Linear Air Pump

When my septic system's aerator pump died, I was unable to procure the same make and model (Retailer was of no help and the Distributor wouldn't deal with individual customers). This pump spec'd the same, it runs quietly and has been doing so for more than one year. Added benefit; it costs significantly less.

Easy to set up and comes with the rubber adapter and clamps to hook the pump to a 3/8 inch air line. Filters and parts for the pump are easy to find so down the road any maintenance should be very simple and that is why after many weeks of research I decided to purchase this pump. Running my system 24hrs per day with no problems and do not expect to have to do anything but clean the air filter every 6 months.My SetupHooked to 1 12” Matala diffuser and 1 Rootscape large hose style diffuser. Running 100ft of weighted 3/8 air line. Diffusers are set down at 8 ft and producing nice boils. (Soon to be 2 Matala 12" diffusers)Air DiffusersMy personal opinion on air diffusers is the Matala 12" produces high quality fine bubbles and the Rootscape produces larger less effective bubbles with smaller boil size and less water movement. I just ordered a second Matala 12" diffuser to replace the Rootscape. If you plan to use this for a pond or saltwater canal application my advice is to go with a membrane style diffuser such as Matala.After just 24hrs of running the system my water is clear, no more smell, and I have seen much more fish activity.

Use this for pond aeration. 12" Diffuser is 8 ft down on a 50 ft 5/8" weighted air hose. Works great and very quiet.

This item was supposed to come with an alarm and it did not!

Using as a pond aerator. Works great. Super quiet. Setup in a timer and works fine in the weather.

Had two before they work great aerating my pond. Totally recommend Hi-blow. And repair kits are available if needed. Just clean and do prevented maintenance and will last a long time. Good value and dependable.

I’m very familiar with Hiblow for I used them in a commercial wastewater system. They are a little more pricey but well worth it in the long run. They last. When they do go out, parts are accessible and is easy to repair. I purchase this one for my pond.
