Very poor quality
The product had a hole at the bottom. My return request was approved by the vendor but he has not bothered to send anyone to collect return. Neither have they refunded. My calls (2 times) to Amazon customer care did not help. Amazonia also not bothered.

Item is good but the handles are vertically up which has drawback that they heatup. Secondly you need lid of exactly of same size as the diameter of kadhaai due to vertical handles.
