better than buying tablets, i am b12 deficient, after lab test I found this bad news, due to software jobs, I just- sit in front of computer all day long, no physical activity. Doctor prescribed injections but i couldn't take as per the prescription, i bought some tablets but never felt that they are actually working, this spray is almost working same like injection, I can actually feel the difference, works great. Product was damaged. Medicine leaked from the bottle and socked the covering. Got the empty bottle of medicine
