I love this belt way more than I expected. Its very adjustable, so it should fit almost everyone. Its nice and thick, and supports a concealed carry holster easily. It does look pretty nice also, so you can't go wrong. Depending on use, you may have to replace the actual belt part after a year or two of use, but for the price it's not a big deal. I can't see myself ever using a traditional belt again. This thing is incredibly easy to put on and take off, but it doesn't lose grip or loosen while you wear it. The ratcheting mechanism is strong.

Update May 7, 2021: It's been almost 3 years. This belt is still worn daily. It's looking a bit scratched up, but the mechanism still works like it was brand new. The belt is separating in places and falling apart. I've had to cut additional pieces off the buckle end of the belt because the teeth that hold the buckle to the belt stopped gripping the belt and would fall off at inopportune times.All in all, I've worn this belt, daily -- even throughout the pandemic -- for 36 days short of 3 years and it still is wearable and the mechanism works like new, but it is worn, and it is time to replace it. I will buy another one just like it.Update May 17, 2019: It's been almost 1 year. This belt has been worn daily. For the most part, it still looks and works like new. But I have one complaint that I didn't have a year ago. The buckle portion has started falling off the belt every few days or so. The teeth that grab the end of the belt no longer hold it securely. I will need to cut another half inch off the end and re-seat the teeth into the end of the belt so it holds it tight again. No stars removed from my review.End of Update.I LOVE this belt. I will wear a belt until if falls apart. For me, that's often 3 to 5 years of everyday use. Then comes the time to buy a new belt and I can never remember how to size a belt. Is it my waist size? Is it an inch or two longer or shorter? I just never remember. This belt is truly a one size fits all and it's up to me to cut it to size. The instructions in the product description said to add 9 inches to my waist size and cut the belt at that length. The instructions that came with the belt, said to add 7 inches to my waist size and cut the belt at that length. I chose to err on the side of caution and add 9 inches to my waist size and make the cut there. I figured that I could always cut it again if it was too long. Well, with waist + 9 inches, it really is too long, but I've been wearing it like that for a few weeks now.When the belt was brand new, I could hear the crispness of the ratchet. But now with a few weeks of wear, the ratchet sound is much quieter. I'm hopeful that it just means that it's getting broken in, not worn out. But still, I've got another couple of inches to cut off, so if it wears out, I can cut it again, which will move the spot where the ratchet catches and it should work like new again.I would definitely buy this belt again. I might even buy a couple others in different colors. And certainly they would make good gifts.

Great Functionality – But Not Truly LeatherI really like this belt for its functionality. The ratchet mechanism is smooth and makes adjusting easy, and the cut-to-fit feature is a great touch—makes it feel almost custom-made. I’ve actually bought two of them and will probably buy more.That said, I’m taking a point off for the material. While it looks like leather at a glance, it clearly isn’t. One of my belts cracked after just a few months. I’m not sure how they can claim it’s 100% real leather, and honestly, I wouldn’t expect that at this price point. I’d happily pay several times more if it were made from genuine, high-quality leather.Still, for the price, it’s a solid choice. Just go in with the right expectations.

So far I've used your standard belts, double hole belts, weave belts, and even the dreaded friction belts (seriously, who uses those!?!) but they all eventually fail me; either I run out of holes to use and have to cut more into the belt or they eventually fray and rip in half from use. Thus far, this ratchet belt has been amazing! The latch (while being stylish) is pretty good quality and has a nice mechanism that releases the belt when needed. it's easily adjustable and provided it's long enough, only requires maybe less than an inch to cut when you need a new anchor point for the buckle. The only downside is the fact that overtime that part where the buckle anchors into the strap does stretch and will fall off if pressure is put onto it in a certain way, but in my experience once you're wearing it it stays put until you actively mess with it. And this potentially leaves room to customize your belt with different buckles. Absolutely love and highly recommend this belt!

Have had this belt for about 8 months and I love it I think more than any other belt I have owned ! I love the adjustable feature of it ! I’m never uncomfortable any more ever ! I highly recommend it !

I love how it is a cut-to-fit and the ratchet clasp makes it highly adjustable so as I lose weight I can keep using it. The quick-release button is one of its best features. So far the leather has not cracked, warped, or split and I put this belt through its paces. The sleek design means I can wear it at work and with my regular clothes.
