Never purchase anything from My Technology Geeks
If I could put zero I would! I had problems with my laptop from almost the start. I purchased it in August and by April I had the blue screen of death. I worked with Microsoft and then Windows support who told me that the laptop had corrupted Ram. If the group I purchased it from "My Technology Geeks" had been willing to help me, it would have been fine, but they acted as though they were helping going so far as telling me to watch for a delivery in the,ail of a drive to fix the issues. I didn't receive anything. I ultimately had to take it to Best Buy where the Geek Squad fixed it at a minimal cost. From now on I will only buy from Best Buy!

Very Pleased!
An outstanding replacement for my EliteBook 840. I needed to run dual monitors and wireless mouse and keyboard so I invested in a Thunderbolt doc also. Pleased with the combination.

It sucks
It doesn't always turn on, always has the fan running, always overheating. I'm glad I got a warranty so I can send it back for repairs and then give it away. Had to buy a different laptop because it died at the end of my college semester.

Good looking piece of junk
This laptop have repeatedly shown error message on its screen. I was not able to go past the country selection and wifi connection. It has been undergoing diagnostic but nothing happens beyond that other than the option to either shutdown or undergo advanced diagnostics. It has a very loud fan, like a roaring motor. its a good looking piece of junk!
