Q: How often does this need changing for a medium size pressure sore?

The frequency of changing the dressing depends on the amount of fluid, blood and necrotic tissue your wound releases. Initially, as the honey dressing absorbs wound fluid, it may need to be changed more frequently. When the honey pad becomes squishy to the touch it needs to be changed. Your Wound Team can likely explain it better Good Luck!

Q: can you cut in smaller pieces?

Yes! BUT use sharp clean scissors! You will need to clean the scissors agaun after cutting This is a wonderful product ESPECIALLY for bad burns! This was recommended by my doc in the burn clinic but it's also good for other injuries 😁
