I didn’t even know this was a thing until I randomly came across it. The edging on our shelves fell apart years ago, and at first we used tape and then just paint only, but the unfinished edge is so obvious and ugly. This stuff is so easy! Just make sure you get the correct measurement. You can cut it if it’s not right, but I think its easier to get the right size at the start. Then just hold it down and use a clothing iron to press it down. It adheres right away, it’s so cool! No nails or tools required. Our shelves look brand new now.

The media could not be loaded. The product came as advertised, It had no colored variances, solid matte black throughout with no breaks. I would recommend a low to medium heat setting on your iron when applying, this product is made of plastic and has the potential to melt. The glue performed fine and stuck well, I had no problem taking off a small spot and reapplying it without damage to either item. Cleaning the excess glue was easy it just wiped off. It seems to perform well it doesn't scratch easy and I expect good durability out of it. Installation was quick and simple Just a simple iron on with low to medium heat and you're good to go! Good value for the price I would buy it again.

This was for a small day fix. I made sure to get the right width for a heavily used kitchen cabinet drawer, the edge of which was having the paint wear from heavy use (it's a pull out garbage/recycling drawer used many times a day). I sanded the remaining paint first (usually not needed but the drawer edge had some uneven wear that would have probably made this edge banding less effective), then got a strip ready and just ironed it on (the glue side melts onto the surface when you apply a hot iron-- i.e., you hold the glue side down to the edge you want to stick it to, then iron the regular side so the glue melts and sticks. Making sure the placement is good is important, but I think if you messed up you could probably scrape or otherwise remove and try again. Then snipping off any extra at the ends, very carefully. Looks great, is easier to clean, and have not had problems though it had been on for at least a month. The one thing I would say is that there really aren't instructions, so I had to guess at iron temperature for instance. Otherwise great.

This product is easy to use. Sticks well with a hot iron, easy to trim and not too thick as to have visible edges. I found that using fine sandpaper to perfect the edges made it blend in well with the adjacent sides of my work piece and difficult to tell that any edging had been used. Now on my 3rd roll of this product for a large built-in shelving project, and no complaints.

I messed up building ikea shelves and put the particle board in the front on one. This was super quick to use, cut a piece with scissors used my house hold iron, and wa-la! It looked brand new! Was think and hasn’t come undone or started peeling. Matches the white shelf exactly!

This one is by far the easiest and quickest edge banding I've tried. It's nice, it's thick and looks great.

This stuff is crazy thin. Pulled it out of the packaging and there was already chipping on the edges. Returning it for sure. Lot's of better choices in this price range.

We had a major house renovation twenty years ago. The pantry gets a lot of use, one shelf in particular so the edge banding on the face had pulled away and then tore. It drove me crazy, had no idea how to fix it until I researched a little and found that edge banding was both a simple and economical solution. This was SO SIMPLE - cut the banding to the right length, place one end in place, put a cloth over the banding and slowly iron it in place and let the adhesive do its job. The result was an absolutely perfect fix.

This product works great. Cut the strip, put it on and set your iron to wool and iron dry on top of the tape and it glues right on.

Love it. You need heat gun to melt the adhesive while applying to get it stick. The results are amazing. I need that while doing some fillers on cut panel of Ikea. Will buy more if I run out.
