I really did love this product, unfortunately it fell on the floor and completely shattered, I would appreciate if it is possible to replace the glass mug

Nice cafetiere. I only drink one really good cup of coffee a day and this is perfect for that. Recommended

Good coffee maker …
…. I like the graduated scale, it allows me to gauge strength and taste of my brew depending on choice of Bean. I do wish that the lid had an embossed mark to line-up the lid with the glass body for ease of pouring… just a niggle in common with all the makes I’ve had 😔. Otherwise, perfect for making a brew for one 👍

Glass Will Crack
I had this item 2 years and as others have pointed out, the glass cracks very easily. Shame as it was great, otherwise. It had a good run while it lasted.

Good but breaks easily
Bought 2 or 3 times now, as it is initially a good quality cafetiere however the glass breaks randomly and easily for example when i just put in dishwasher. Bought a replacement twice but will not buy again. Company refused to replace of course.

Does its job
Arrived in good time and is as described. Filters all my coffee cleanly and efficiently. Excellent product with very good heat control when leaving it on any surface. Easy to use.
