It’s not thick like Gu. It has chia seeds in it so there is a little texture to it - kind of reminds me of the texture of applesauce. Not as grossly sweet as Gu and easier on my stomach.

I have some Huma and Huma plus that don't expire until the end of 2024, you'll be fine. I suggest a mix of plus and regular or you'll end up with more sodium than you may need.
