AC WORKS6-50 Welder Adapter (L14-30 30A 4-Prong Locking to 6-50)

High quality and heavy duty. Lets us run our 220 volt welder off of our generator. We have a 7500 watt generator which is a little under powered if we were welding at the highest setting but the cord works well and does not get warm. Also works with our plasma cutter.

I use the adapter plug to connect my Miller Multimatic 220 AC/DC Multiprocess welder to my Honda EU7000is generator. The plug fit both units with ease. It allowed the welder to be run using the 240v 30A power output from the generator. Verify proper generator settings before using. The voltage selector has to be set to 120V/240V, and the ECO throttle must be set to OFF.

Plugged it into my 7500 watt generator and it fit good. connected it to my NEMA 6-50 extension cord welder plug and it wouldn't let go!!! I had to pull so hard it stripped out one of the screws on the male end of my plug. Didn't expect to have to pay more for damage caused by this product.

Awesome product, just what i needed at a price that beats the competition. Works perfectly with my 240 volt 225 amp Chicago Electric arc welder and 7000 watt Predator generator. Allows me to run 1/8 inch 6013 electrodes beautifully.

fit my welder fine. did not fit the generator. the right angle nubb on the flat was bent the wrong direction. cut n replaced with a male connector from the home improvement store.

It's heavy duty and solid construction. Been using it for my MIG welder on a powerhorse 4000 generator. Works like a charm.

Are use this on my welder and my generator and it works really good I recommend it

It’s great when I am welding. I couldn’t find an item like this in any hardware store. If you are a welder then this is a must have item. Very well made.
