Moules de qualité. J'en ai acheté 2. J'ai fait 24 madeleines, le résultat est nickel. Ne pas oublier de beurrer et fariner les moules pour pas que ça colle. Je recommande le produit.👍👍👍

I’d never made madeleines before and was honestly nervous, but this pan made it so easy. I followed a simple recipe (chilled the batter for 1 hour like everyone says), lightly brushed the wells with melted butter and dusted with flour, and every single cookie slid right out with beautiful shell details and the classic hump on the back. No sticking at all, even though it was my first try!
