Great Value, But I am, not sure how much effective theses multi vitamins and minerals are in their combination form. MAny synthetic vitamins are notorious for their mutual antagonism when taken together

I am very pleased with this product. It is faaarr better than Nature's Bounty. My nails have stopped breaking off into the quick, and my hair has stopped falling out, which is what was happening with the other product. Unfortunately, I don't see any changes in my skin, and yes, there is an odd smell initially, but that has gone away over time. The payoff is so worth it!
