Large dosage
This is a very high dosage of vitamin B12 as Methylcobalamin. Methylcobalamin is the specific type of B12 needed for nerve regeneration after nerve damage and anything less than 5000 mcg won't be enough for the nerves, so this is perfect. The taste is okay and no complaints.
