These are very well made wooden loungers with great retro features. Assembly was challenging enough to be something to be proud of afterwards! Watch out for your lefts and rights when assembling it upside down :) Beware: Advertised on Amazon as "frequently bought together" with some cushions that are the wrong size and type entirely :(

A lovely sun lounger, very well made. Yes you have to build it but it helps keep the cost down. I would recommend a sun lounger pad but you can use it without. Really good design with pull out tray for items, and the ability to adjust back and leg rest.

I absolutely adore my new sun lounger! It is a lot sturdier than I thought it was going to be. It quite heavy, good quality and the wood is smooth. The only reason I didn't rate it 5 star, it's because I feel that the manufacturer could make it easier to DIY, if they would labeled each part with numbers/letters matching the instructions. I usually have no issue with DIY but it's a lot easier when all parts are identified as mentioned above. Apart from that it is perfect, now just lets hope for the good weather just so I can make the most out of it. 😎

Beautifully designed and constructed. I thought that the raised leg section was just a gimmick but it is amazing how much pressure it takes off my lower back. So good I bought another.

Seat cracked within 4 months of use. It was faulty as the crack appeared on the wooden knot. Reluctant to replace or refund and would prefer to send spare part for me to fix the chair. Not good customer service.

Does the job although quite complicated to assemble and part of the chair has cracked after a few months of normal use

If you order this CASARIA item and you're expecting a sun lounger to be delivered, or even a sun lounger requiring minimal assembly, well forget it. I ordered it and received a giant box containing 26 wooden pieces and the hardest-to-see instructions I've ever encountered. Not only that, but the instructions start by telling you to wash every piece, then oil them, and then to sandpaper them down before re-oiling. The heck? The lounger itself is fiddly to assemble. Set aside a few hours. Once together the lounger looks nice. Underneath the chair, there are two fasteners that you unclip to fold it. I don't know if they're super-strong but one of the wooden ends just pulled off on the first day. I think the clip pulled it off. I fixed it with the help of wood glue and clamps, but I thought it was weird that it happened (see photo). Again, this is a nice sun lounger, but knowing what I know I would have gone for a simpler option.

Très beau produit. Montage 2h00 environ. Penser à passer de l'huile spéciale pour bois exotique, le rendu est tout simplement top. Je recommande cet article. (il y a quelques petites imperfections mais c'est normal avec ce type de produit)

Produit de mauvaise qualité les visses de fixations ne tiennent pas dans le bois , et je n'ai monté qu'une seule chaise longue cela promet pour la deuxième.....

Excellent value for money. It seems very stable and durable. Just why did it have to come with so many pieces to assemble, especially since it is foldable? Assembling it was a bit like IKEA on steroids.

Hätte nie gedacht, dass ich mal zu so schönen und praktischen Sonnenliegen komme, die nicht aus irgeneinem Erdölkunststoff sind. Der größte Vorteil von Holz-Gartenmöbeln: Ich habe sie alle noch - die Kunststoffdinge, die man so bekommen hat, haben sich alle in der gleichen Zeit verabschiedet. Kunststoff kann man eben nicht mal eben reparieren. Dagegen ist jeder Schaden an einem Holzmöbel mit etwas handwerklichem Geschick und Willen einfach und schnell reparierbar und das Teil landet nicht auf dem Plastikmüll, sondern lebt noch viele Jahre weiter. Auspacken, Teile begutachten und - wichtig - mit einem Schleifflies (800er z.B.) die Oberseiten und alle Teile, die man anfassst, nochmal glätten. Grundsätzlich ist das Holz gut verarbeitet und schon recht glatt - es geht aber eben noch ein bisschen besser, so dass die Teile nach dem Ölen sehr schöne Handschmeichler sind (besonders auf die Armlehnen wert legen, da man dort immer anfasst). Dann alles 2x ölen (Xyladecor Gartenöl rötlich macht eine schöne Oberfläche und hat einen wunderbaren Abperleffekt) und los geht die Montage: Die Sonnenliegen lassen sich relativ einfach aufbauen und auch recht schnell. Wichtig ist nur, dass man die Aufbauanleitung einmal von vorne bis hinten anschaut, um nicht die falschen Streben mit den falschen Schrauben zusammenzubauen. Wer hat, der stellt zwei Tische nebeneinander und legt eine Decke drauf - dann muss man nicht zuviel unten herum turnen. Achtung: Auf den Teilen - speziell den Füßen - gibt es eine Rechts-Links-Verwechslung. Dadurch kann s passieren, dass man die Füße falsch herum montiert, so dass die Bohrlöcher für den Schiebetisch nicht mehr passen. Die Lösung besteht darin, den Bogen der Füße genau so auszurichten, wie sie auf den Bildern ausgerichtet sind und nicht R zu R oder L zu L. Wenn man fertig ist wird man mit einer schön anzusehenden und sehr bequemen und gleichzeitig praktischen Sonnenliege belohnt. Direktes Im-Urlaub-Feeling ist fast garantiert. Perfekt für den Winter: Die Liegen lassen sich zusammenklappen, was nicht viele Sonnenliegen aus Holz gut können. Der Klappmechanismus ist einfach, aber sehr gut verspannt und es klappert oder wackelt nichts. Ein paar Einzelteile haben wir reklamiert und sehr schnell von Deuba eine unkomplizierte Ersatzlieferung erhalten - das ist ein Top-Service!
