Every knitting, crochet or seamstress (dressmaker) enthusiast should have one! For all those odd measurements - the 1/8s of an inch - some pattern instructions give, this little tape measure is perfect! I had no idea such a tape measure existed; makes measuring knitting projects so much easier! I embellished mine. Delivery was on time (from the US).

It's a good basic tape measure. One side inches, the other in centimeters. Measurements are broken down to very small fractions, and the type/numbers are easy to read. The tape ribbon is 80" long, which is more than most of these retractables have. And, it has about an inch between the end tab and where the measurement lines begin. The tape itself is a sturdy weight, and the housing is solid. The retractable button is easy to push, and the tape retracts easily and smoothly. I use it mainly for knitting, but its also perfect for any fiber art , tailoring, measuring furniture when antiquing, etc. I can definitely see carrying a second one in my purse or car. Overall, a solid workhorse of a product.

The only good thing about this item was the measurement in fraction. I think this item is overpriced for the quality and design.

This measuring tape is wondful. For years, I used one that does not wind up automatically, so I'm really appreciating this one!. The tape is strong and easy to read; and the windup mechanism works perfectly. I ordered two - one for me and one for a friend who also likes it a lot. A definite 5 stars for this one!

This is a great little tape measure. It keeps the measurement you set and easily releases with a push at the center. The markings for inches and centimeters are very clear. It retracts quickly and smoothly. I only use it occasionally to measure myself to choose a clothing size or check inseam measurements, so I can't comment on heavy duty or professional use. For my purposes it's perfect and well worth the cost.
