Amazingly user friendly and effective spacers made from soft yet sturdy gel in 2 sizes with super ergo design! Have worn them with wool socks with and without open toe Velcro adjustable slippers and sandals. Very comfortable for hours, and soreness with specific toes easily remedied by removing some or all of the spacers or switch to a different spacer size. I have even slept in them with socks on. Easy to clean by soaking in a bowl of soapy warm water. Only caution - they do slip off without socks or when taking off socks, and are practically invisible and hard to see if you aren’t sure where they came off. Don’t recommend wearing them barefoot or in closed toe shoes.

Good product. They're like a soft silicon, so they feel hard when I walked and stayed in place too! I wear a 7.5 and have small toes. BF tried and fell out of his toes, but only when he flayed his feet out, opening his toes as wide as he could. Going to buy one with a bar to see how the two types compare.

These toe spreaders work better than Yoga Toes, foot splints, and toe spreading socks. i've tried them all in the effort to reverse a bunion and pain in my footpad. I wear these at night with loose fitting socks to spread my toes out and realign my feet. What i particularly like is that i can change the configuration, using more and less toe spreaders as my foot improves. And I can easily walk in them without hurting my feet. I also use one or 2 spreaders during the day in my shoes, depending on what shoes I choose. I bought 2 sets so plenty to choose from for each foot. Thank you ViveSole!I have also added a foot pad i got at the Dollar Store under my second toe, to take the pressure off that area, which is sensitive due to the bunion bone displacement. And i do toe calf and hamstring stretches to correct the underlying stiffness. It is all helping.

Took some getting used to at first, but feels better after awhile. Was disappointed to find that this is geared towards bunions, but you only get one big toe spacer. Do I just pic the toe that’s worse off? Give me 2!! What the heck do I need all these little ones for?? Misleading in my opinion

I wear these every day and they keep my toes from moving in the wrong direction. comfortable and a good product. Better than foot surgery.

I've been trying a variety of appliances to straighten my second toe (auto accident injury) and widen my toe and foot spread to walk more naturally and alleviate a "bunionette". I thought these would work, as they are in four different sizes. However, none of the sizes work for what I need - the largest is too big (even for my big toe), and the other sizes are just off enough to not work on any of the middle toes. I also find that having the device surround the toe, while intended to keep in place, makes it hard to put on socks.Sure wish I could find a local place that would make a custom gel appliance!Have to search for another product. Wish I could return these, but postage cost probably prohibitive given price.

I'm very sad. I ordered these in 2018. I loved the small size. The big size was too big so I threw those away. The ones I ordered before were super durable. Eventually they wear out so I ordered the same product again. Unfortunately the small size is now larger than those I ordered in 2018. I would say they are more of a "medium". Definitely too big to fit in between the 3rd and 4th toe of my women's size 8 foot. I had to return them. I'm hoping the manufacturer returns to a truly small size, then I would buy them again!

I really like these. They are not connected in any way, so if one of your toes is sore, you can just leave that spacer out and keep going. They are very soft, and they are very comfortable for my US size 9 men's foot.Note that because they are not attached, you really have to wear them inside socks, and even then, with running, they'll squish out, so they're best for just walking around. They're a totally different design from the connected models, and I use them in different situations, so it's nice to have that flexibility. Worth the money, go ahead and get a pair.
