This gummy has a nice taste and helps relieve my stomach pains by keeping me a bit more ‘regular’. It is not as harsh on my stomach and digestive track like laxative is if I take them. This will become my norm for staying regular and avoiding stomach cramps.

The gum is really easy to take and it tastes good. The only downside that I found out later is that it only contains Bifidobacterium. It doesn’t have lactobacillus strain, not ideal if you are lactose intolerant.

I have purchased these 7 times. Worth the price as I've tried lower priced prebiotic and probiotic supplements that do not have the same effect. I really think this brand helps my gut so much that I don't crave foods and am able to control my food intake better.
