Because you have to take into account amazon fees and postage which is at least £2.50

Is this the price for a single bar?!

The normal price for a single 200g bar has been £2.00 both from Amazon and Tesco. I only buy it when It's been on offer at Tesco at 2 for £3.00 (ie £1.50 per 200g bar) or I think it was £1.50 per bar when I bought it through Amazon. If I spot they're on offer, I generally stock up as I'm addicted to this wonderful chocolate. I won't let myself buy them at £2.00 per single bar and I see today that Amazon are currently charging £3.40 per single 200g bar with postage of £3.40 on top which, to my mind, is absolutely exorbitant - far too expensive and I certainly wouldn't buy at that price. When I bought it through Amazon it was sold by Amazon and I bought it as an add-on whilst purchasing another item that was under £20 and would otherwise have attracted a delivery charge. Unless you are made of money, I wouldn't buy this at the current price, but keep checking the website as prices keep changing. You could also check out Tesco, if you're near one, or some other store although I've discovered not every store stocks this. Hope this helps.

what happened to bourneville fruit and nut ?

Good Evening, I only started in this business late last year so can't comment on what was before. As far as I'm aware, other than classic dark bournville chocolate, Cadbury only do bournville in two other variations: chocolate biscuits and rum/raisins (old jamaican) at the moment.
