Klean Kanteen Classic Narrow 18oz (w/Sport Cap) Black

My carry-on backpack has a mesh drink holder but it is smaller than usual and doesn't fit my Nalgene bottles. I also wanted to change to something metal over plastic and this fits the bill. This container is narrow and fit perfectly in my bag's pocket. The top is easy to use but I might replace it with a different option, I am not sure I like the exposed mouthpiece, seems like it could get exposed easily.

I love these bottles. The water tastes fresh, not like plastic They’re convenient to use while driving, exercising or flying. And, unlike some other brands, the nozzle doesn't get moldy. This color, however, is not my favorite. On my phone it looked red, but it’s actually orange. I’d planned to exchange it until a friend saw it. “I’ll buy it from you,” she said. “I won’t lose track of it in the gym.”

An excellent, lightweight, non-reactive & re-usable bottle. The 18oz is a good size, similar to a normal disposable bottle of water. Screws & unscrews easily, no leaks. After carrying this on a few trips, I'm very pleased with it. It's about half the weight of the Gaiam glass bottle I was carrying before. It's slimmer so it fits neatly in the side pockets of my backpack even when the packs are full. And doesn't seem to leave any taste or hold any flavors. The opening is large enough for cubes or for adding tablets or mixes (my bottle doubles as a shaker when I travel). Others may want something that holds temperature for longer, or has a full day's water supply, or whatever. But for this (travel) use case, the wasted space of an insulated bottle would make the bottle unusable. This size and design is perfect.

Happy with this purchase. Fits well in backpack side pocket.

Bought this one for my mom. I already own one. Keeps water cold. Easy to clean. Love this bottle.
