My go to for lunch
Spam singles are a great alternative to canned spam. They are the perfect portion size for a single serving and offer the same delicious taste as traditional spam. One of the things I love about spam singles is the convenience factor. They come in individual packages, making them easy to store and transport. I can take them with me on camping trips or pack them for a quick lunch at work. It saves me from having to open an entire can of spam and worry about storing the leftovers. The taste of spam singles is just as good as the original canned version. It has that classic salty and savory flavor that I crave. I also appreciate that they come in different varieties, including classic, low-sodium, and garlic. This allows me to choose based on my preferences or dietary needs. Another great thing about spam singles is that they are versatile. You can eat them as is, fry them up and add them to a sandwich, or dice them up and add them to a salad. The possibilities are endless, making them a great addition to any meal or snack. One concern that some may have about spam is its high sodium content. However, I appreciate that the low-sodium version of spam singles still has the same great taste but with less sodium. It allows me to enjoy this tasty treat without worrying about my sodium intake. The only downside to spam singles is the price. They can be a bit more expensive than a regular can of spam. However, I am willing to pay a little extra for the convenience and portion control that these singles offer. In conclusion, spam singles are a fantastic product for anyone who loves the taste of spam but wants a more convenient and individualized option. They offer the same great taste and versatility as canned spam but with added convenience and portion control. I highly recommend giving them a try!

Best shelf stable ham product
These are the best shelf stable ham meat to have on hand. So versatile, I cut a package up to add to scrambled eggs for a meal. Also can brown up and make a sandwich, or eat right out of the package. Repeat purchases by me.

Bloody Vikings
I just *love* to "complain" about SPAM Singles. I claim that: "This is the end of Western Civilization as we know it. SPAM is supposed to come in a CAN!" Actions speak louder than words. I used to buy the singles at WalMart, until WalMart was either constantly sold out of them, or stopped carrying them (I am not sure which). Now, I order them from Amazon in bulk. The fact of the matter is, the singles are just so convienient. Special Processed American Meat (SPAM) is an American icon. It has served through two world wars. It is a staple in the state of Hawaii. It inspired a skit and a song from Monty Python's Flying Circus (did you catch the headline at the top of this review?). Essentially, SPAM is pork shoulder and pork butt ground up, smooshed into a cube, and cooked in it's own can. If you never tried SPAM, go to your grocery store, pick up a can (or if you are lucky enough to find the singles, pick up a single) and try it. SPAM can be eaten right out of the packaging, as part of the processing is that it is pre-cooked. However, many people love fried SPAM. Some people boil slices of SPAM, to remove some of the sodium, before frying it up. If you purchase by the can, Amazon sells SPAM slicers (I use Amazon ASIN B0824Q1HYP). But as I stated, the singles are just so convienent. Just tear open the package at the top, slither the SPAM Single out of it's package on to a slice of bread, slap another piece of bread on top, and you got an instant SPAMwich. I have recently tried frying my SPAM Single before putting it between bread slices. I have to admit, for someone who is used to eating SPAM "cold," heated up SPAM is a treat. I'm not sure if I am frying it enough, however, as it should have a crispy outside, and a soft inside. I have not gotten it very crispy, so I may be rusing to eating my SPAM Single. For people who know SPAM, all I can say is: "This is the SPAM you have always known, it is just bread-shaped." Literally, whoever the person is at Hormel foods (that came up with the idea of making SPAM to fit bread) is a genius. Convienent. Convienient. Convienent.

Perfect for the backpacker meal plan
Perfect for backpacking meals. Gotta love spam though. Although, everything typically tastes better on the trail. I purchased several years ago, and the few that I have remaining are still good (as in not spoiled).

Great value
These have been great as individual servings to at to rice bowls, scrambled eggs, or even just a breakfast sandwich. Tastes like spam, no surprise. Not as salty as I expected. Works great as is out of package or grilled up in a pan for a few minutes.
