"It's the BEST IN MY BOOK"
I've been using it for years and believe me it's very slick does a great job and doesn't leave any build-up. My slides are always smooth. Whomever invented this formula is a genius. No problems with shipping what so ever. Thank you're the best.

Good for a trumpet
This came in a plastic container with a plastic screw on lid, similar to a Carmex container. I prefer this type of slide grease container, because it is easy to control how much is applied (you do not want too much). The slide grease is good, and seems to work fine. A little bit goes a long way. When applied, it cannot be seen, it's a clear film. For the main tuning slide and the #2 valve slide, I use it as-is and they are stiff enough to stay in place. For the #1 and #3 valve slides, I apply the grease and then add a drop of valve oil, to make them slide extra freely: These slides will move freely enough that they will move under their own weight. This is used on a Yamaha brass marching trumpet and a silver Bach Strad trumpet.Recommended.

This seems to be a very good quality slide grease.
I like this grease. It is a bit lighter / thinner than some greases I have used before. It is a very small container for my big fingers, Ha ha! But it seems to be a good product...... 0.5 oz. Very little quantity, but we do not really use that much of it either. I think personally, a 1 oz. container would be a tad bit easier to handle and not misplace..... but it is a good product. Enjoy

Good value
Works great for sticky trumpet slides. I used this on an old trumpet after removing several components. My basement flooded and the trumpet was completely soaked. Thanks to this product it was not permanently damaged.

A necessity for any brass instruments!
This is the only grease you need to keep the parts on your trumpet, trombone or French horn easy to slide or remove for cleaning. Decades ago we only had Vaseline but this is far superior!! I keep one in each trumpet case so I can once a month Or so clean and apply the grease. Works like a charm. Rate: A

No more squeaky purse
I have an expensive crossbody bag with the strap connected to brass rings. Each walk or move gave out a loud squeak. I tried olive oil, wd40, and leather softener. Still squeaky. I was ready to throw this in the donate bin. This was my last hope and I’m so glad it worked. And it didn’t discolor the tan leather. This also fixed the sticky zipper on the side. All the hardware on this bag is brass; I haven’t tried this on other metals. But it’s a permanent tool in my “fix it” kit.

Good, but small and lid comes off easy
The grease itself seems just fine for the job. The issue I have though is with the container. The cap is larger than it needs to be, and it comes open with only a 1/4 turn. In other words, it comes open too easily. Also, the container really doesn't need to be that small does it? One twice the size would still fit easily into my pocket trumpet case, and I actually bought this for my Dillon 1095 euphonium. Improve the container and I'd give it 5 stars.
