Build quality is good but not so heavy duty. Overall good at the price.

Good finish and allows good flow.

Product looks good but not upto the mark as compared to the price you pay. I have ordered 2 quantity of 24 inches with half bend arms. I received the product on time but when checked, one is smaller by approx 2 inches. Also the finishing of the threads and inners of the pipe is not that good. Also one of the flanges received with the arm is not properly groved. I had to buy this item since I couldn't get 24" arm with half bend at the local market.

I bought 3. In that 2 got leaks in thread joints.. I am not sure how this got passed for outside market

I replaced some company provided short bend shower arms. The Ruhe shower arm was very easy to fit. You will need PTFE tape as with all bathroom fittings. And the shower head fit well on the end. No more than ten minutes to fit. Better shower with gravity feed systems. It was what I needed and i decided to order two more and complete in entire house bathrooms

The product has a quality finish. The gauge of the material is slightly less and any excessive tightening could lead to failure of the product. Overall a good product.

Its a good product .No leakage and good performance
