A very good book, at least for the first 27 pages.

It seems that lots of CFO don't really play their role (they're focus on accounting and tax related tasks). But the true CFO is the Chief Advisor to the CEO. As such, he/she must carry some activities to reach that goal. This book shows how to do that brilliantly ! The concepts are very well explained with practical examples and I greatly appreciate! The book is easy to follow.
