does this lipstick come with a plastic covering over it? mine was delivered without one and I want to double check to make sure it hasn’t been used.

This came to me without any safety wrap on it. Is that how they are sent out? Afraid to use it.

Purchased Nude Heaven shade. No safety wrap. Bar code was stuck to upper part of case. No protection or seal.
