No more blue bulbs for me. The design if this this is ingenious. The ol' blue bulb has a single stream of water that ends up on your eardrum, and it's hard to get to the sidewalls of the canal. This thing distributes the water towards the sides of the canal very effectively. My ears have been so cocked that I couldn't hear and within a day, using this device, they were clear. I took off one star due to the size of the syringe. Still haven't figured out what the medical industry has such an obsession with small the volume syringes. This is only 25mm. So plan on refilling it several times to get a thorough flush. To refill it you either pull out the plunge or take off the colored tip and draw water in that way. That got to be a huge pain. Also, being so small, one has a tendency to pull push hard, creating a strong stream of water which can irritate the canal. Also, such force can cause the tip to come off in your ear so be careful. I paired the tips with a 60mm plus irrigation syringe and can get a great flushing on one fill. Would I buy it again? Sure, but with 3 tips I won't have to. The blue bulb has gone bye-bye.

I have to clean my ears once a month because of wax build up causing plugged ears, dizziness and headaches. I bought one of the most expensive rechargeable ear cleaners here on Amazon and it doesn't compare to this simple syringe method. I wish I could return the expensive one but it's beyond it's return date. A total waste of money so don't waste your money on the others, this works great! Make sure to warm the water to body temperature, do not use cold water and use distilled water preferably. Be careful if adding hydrogen peroxide, my ear canals were burned twice at the doctor's office because they use hydrogen peroxide and water. So now I prefer to do it myself. I find that warm distilled water works just as well. I like having a small ear camera, specifically the Bebird or Loyker brands sold here on Amazon because these brands specifically you can twist off the spoon cleaning device. I don't use the scoops that come with most cameras, too dangerous for me, but the camera is great to be able to see and take pictures of before (of the wax build up) and the cleanliness after. I highly recommend this item!

It works better without the tips attached- they don’t allow adequate pressure needed to flush the wax properly. That said, just go to the drug store and pick up a cheaper syringe- would work just as well. Just make sure you’re using something prior to break up the wax, like 1mL of peroxide. Flush as hard and as fast as you can and it works well.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but I have to for this one. I woke up one morning unable to hear out of one ear. I used debrox drops and one of those camera ear pick tool thingys. Got one ear to where I could kind of hear. The next day my hearing sucked again. I ordered this. It was around the same price as the debrox and way less than the camera/tool. Even with the camera I had no idea how much stuff was in my ears until I used this. I felt like I had supersonic hearing after this because I probably got rid of every single piece of wax in there. So much stuff came out and I could immediately hear again! Best value for wax removal! The other 2 things were good but for my situation, this was perfect! Note: I believe your ears mess with your equilibrium. I think I may have pushed the water way too fast a few times because I got dizzy for a few seconds. After that, all was good. Not a bad trade off for being able to hear again!

I ordered this after a recommendation from my sister. My husband's ears were so totally blocked that I didn't really believe the syringe would work. It costs a small fortune to get them done professionally so it was worth a try. First softened the wax with warm olive oil over several days and very surprisingly it did the job! Painless, quickly and thoroughly. An easy 5 star product.

J'ai acheté cette seringue car avec la poire je n'arrivais pas à extraire le bouchon. C'est beaucoup plus pratique,évidemment il faut mettre du cerulyse quelques jours avant pour ramollir le bouchon,mais une fois que vous avez fait ça il y a juste à se servir de la seringue pour extraire le bouchon.C'est beaucoup plus pratique et plus efficace que la poire !

Got home from work keen as to finally be free of my blocked ear that I've had for almost a week. Hopped straight in the shower with that bad boy and started squirting away. I squirt 4, maybe 5 times, nothing really happens and it honestly felt like it got worse. So I tell cut my losses and decide that I'm going to just go and see a doctor to get it fixed. My friend, who recommended me the product says, "nah man you just aren't squirting deep or hard enough, you gotta REALLY jam it in there and go crazy". So anyway I hop back in the shower about an hour later, depressed that my ear is still blocked and not very hopeful that this second attempt will work. I stuck that thing DEEP in there bro, I mean as deep as you can possibly go and pushed the water in as hard as I could... Still didn't work. So I try again, and again, and again. Every time I retry I push harder and my stress levels increase, thinking to myself "oh my god, I've permanently destroyed my hearing, why did I do this". I keep trying, on the verge of tears, screaming and rocking back and forth on the floor of my shower absolutely losing my mind thinking that I am doing nothing but filling up my skull with water and making myself go deaf. Finally, I let out a blood curdling scream and I send it for one last attempt... I suction cupped my ears and... When I tell you I have never heard so clearly in my entire life, it's true what they say about hearing colors. Simultaneously the most relieving and most stressful 10 minutes of my entire life. 10/10 product, would recommend. Truly an experience that every boy must endure once in his life before calling himself a man, but not something that I would wish upon my worst enemy.
