Been taking it for 4 months now. I have it on a subscription with Momentous now. I didn’t have low Vitamin D3 but as you get older it seems to drop so I’m boosting mine back up a bit. This did it for me and Momentous is rated one of the top supplement companies. They have 2nd party testing to guarantee you get what they say you get and not stuff you don’t want.

I used these supplements to boost vitamin D, so I can’t say much about effectiveness, until I get tested. .

I take these everyday and this brand is highly recommended. They do not have a fishy smell or taste.
