Stays on and removes as described. Excellent product and color
This is the best kinesiology tape I’ve tried. Stays on and removes as described with very little (and manageable) residue. Excellent color. I have a Morton’s neuroma and for whatever reason it feels better when I have the tape on.

best yet!!!! I've tried them all....
Chiropractor here. Used KT Pro and rocktape previously. I've also used a few non name brands. I've liked THIS the most. 1. its water resistant. If you take a shower or work out with it (not immediately after application obviously) it will not fall off 2. It lasts about a week before i get the urge to change it up, at which time, its still on good! 3. It doesn't fray at the edges which means less things to get caught on your clothes and eventually pull it off. 4. its thinner and more flexible, that means it does better around joints then others. 5. it looks professional: the honeycomb pattern, synthetic, easy to remove the backing, precut, easy to cut all help in its appearance to the patient. Even if you cut it down the middle, both pieces still work, cause it sticks. 6. less examples of skin irritation coming back from patients. Now remember, its on strong... so if you take it off the first day without water, against the gradient, it will hurt. And someone will be laughing at you for making an amateur mistake. 7. It WORKS. Bam. Isn't that why your buying this thing? To help you with your activities. It does that, immediately, noticeably. 8. its considerably CHEAPER than its competitors. When you use as much as i do, you'd rather buy two corvettes than one Ferrari with your money of they both get you down the 1/4mile in the same time.

offers the best continual support
This stuff STICKS! I have tried 8 different brands of this tape for a severe ankle injury and by and far this stuff last the longest, offers the best continual support, and compared to the other brands, it is noticeably malleable. If there is one downside to the tape it is the aforementioned adhesion. I have no idea how women get anything waxed, I scream louder than my 4 year old when I remove this stuff.

Best tape I have used.
The best kinesiology tape I have used (and I have tried them all), especially for the price. The adhesive on this tape is so good that I can get 2 to 3 days of 5+ mile runs out of a taping. My primary use as of late is taping my foot to support my plantar factitious. Taping around your arch is tough for any tape, as they tend to roll on the edges and then get stuck to the sock. With the FlexU tape the adhesive is so good that I find that the edges do not roll at all, so the tape remains serviceable for multiple days. It also holds less moisture, so patting it dry with a paper towel after a shower is sufficient and the adhesive has no issue with getting wet. I have had no issues with the adhesive remaining on my skin after removing the tape (as others have reported). With any other tape I could only get through one day, so this tape is actually far more economical from the standpoint that one piece equals two to three of any other brand.

Excellent kinsio tape, one of the best I've used so far
I've been taping my knees and shins for the past year or so. I've used a local store uncut tape, generic one from Amazon and also other brands the past months (Ok, KT Tape among them). I suffer from meniscus tears in both of my knees (and after 2 surgeries I'm not going to undergo another one in the near future). I also jump rope for sport, and I run. I have knee cap pain and shin splints, so I use the tape to help relief the pain, and I usually tape both knees and my right shin on a weekly basis. so far - I like this FlexU tape the most: 1. the adhesion is excellent. the tape holds on my knees and legs for up to a full week, and than I take it of to replace it. Compared to the OK and KT tape - this is by far the best of them. only the generic tape has a slightly stronger adhesive. 2. the hexagon pattern makes really easy to determine the amount of stretch needed for the application. 3. the tape doesn't fray to much at the edges ( it does fray a bit, but I had tapes that fray so much it's annoying). 4. The fabric is synthetic (not cotton as most of the other brands) at the price of a cotton tape. it's thick and gives a good amount of support to my legs. the only downside is that it does leave a bit of black residue on the skin because of the adhesive, and I use isopropyl alcohol to clean it from my skin. this will be my go-to tape from now on.

Works as good as KT Tape or Rock Tape
I have been buying this tape for several years. It works great and actually stays on me. For some reason, other sports tapes barely last a few hours. This is easy to us and is pretty stretchy. I am not sure if they changed the manufacturing, but my last box of it barely has any stretch to it, at least in the pieces I have used so far. i am hoping it was a bad batch, because I really like this product.

Best tape I used so far. If you’re not soaking in a bath and taking quick showers it can last up to 3 days (I use it on my foot). Sticks well but make sure you rub the tape well so adhesive starts to work. It seems to more stretchy than other products I used so the pre cut pieces are quite long. Love that it comes in a box and it’s so easy to dispense. Will be buying again.

I’ve purchased this same brand in the U.S. and the UK for years. However, my last three purchases have not adhered as well as it used to. When putting on trousers and leggings it gets caught and peels off even when you layer strips. I’ve even tried rounding the corners with scissors. Fix it please.
