Quality Barley Tea
Nothing added. Straight barley tea, no flavors or caffeine added. Each bag makes 1-qt. I heat 4 cups of water, chuck in 2 bags, steep for 10 min. I pour it into a half-gallon Mason jar that already has a qt of room temp water, squeeze the tea bags, and it’s ready for the fridge. Tastes good, it’s healthy, and good value for the price. It’s also good hot or cold.

Favorite summer iced tea (NOT GLUTEN FREE)
Not gluten-free, but otherwise an ideal iced tea for summer. I love the convenience of cold-brewing the teabags overnight, and the flavor is better than other brands I've tried (although I also switched to using only filtered water, which I absolutely should have been doing all along).Taste is roasty-toasty, somewhere along the continuum of weak coffee and plain/original Cheerios. (If you sweeten it with a drizzle of agave syrup, it tastes like Sugar Smacks!) I've read that some people think it's a little bitter, but I haven't noticed that. There is definitely a bit of a cardboardiness to it though, although I consider that part of its charm!!I mostly drink it unsweetened and appreciate the flavor as being a little more nuanced and easier to drink than plain water (which even filtered has A Flavor to me). I also notice less of a stomach upset when I drink this as opposed to plain water; I would imagine it has some extra minerals (electrolytes?) due to the sediment and the fact that it's, you know. Barley.I like the large package; I wish the teabags were in groups of 2 or 4 (instead of 3) but that's a minor quibble. (I make 2 at a time to make 2 liters (quarts) of tea for the next day.)Protip: Do not leave the teabags in for longer than a few hours (if cold brewing) as the teabags themselves impart a papery flavor that's not great. If cold brewing overnight, take the teabags out in the morning.Price has gone up quite a bit but it's hard to argue the price of 2 Starbucks for a month or so of delicious tea, although I may look at other sources.

Good value and taste
Very good tea, I really enjoy the roasted flavor. The tea bags are quite large. I like how this tea can be made cold or hot, both ways taste nice. I also like that it’s caffeine free and there’s a lot of bag in the package.

Kids and Adults loved the Flavor
Everyone in our family loves this tea. We kept a pitcher in the fridge all summer and it really reduced the amount of sugary drinks they drank. College kids insisted on getting pitchers and taking this tea to college with them.

Barley tea
The flavor is definitely different. I put a bag in a gallon of water and set it in the refrigerator overnight. It’s very easy. I drink a glass full each day. It seems to be a good product. If you aren’t a fan of it unsweetened you can always add a bit of sugar.

One of the best Barley Tea bag
I got it for the coming summer time where it would be hot. I put the instructed direction into a glass pitcher and after the time took it out and it tasted perfect. for people that like it stronger I would recommend leaving it there another 1-2 hours but the longer you leave it the more it would start getting that bitter barley taste so I would make sure not to over soak it. If you over soak it just make sure to add more water to dilute the taste

Caffeine free and refreshing hot or cold!
A refreshing barley tea I remember growing up my Japanese mom would occasionally serve this. Great caffeine free drink I love at night when I am not feeling herbal teas.
