Turner Colour Works Acryl Gouache Artist Acrylic Paint - Single 20 ml Tube - Japanesque Pale White Gohun

I bought this to put white highlights in watercolors, but it does not work at all. even though undiluted and over dark images the color bleeds through and shows no white unless you pile it on!

I have bought a lot of items that have been of great value. However, this not one of them. As soon as I opened the tube, it was very loose to runny coming out. It makes a milky appearance but no coverage. It only takesso many layers of a milky white before you realize it is NOT what you expected from a gouache.

This white is opaque, and does fine to define whites and lights. However it is NOT water based. It is an acrylic paint and will not reactivate with water.

I’m new to acryl gouache and am enjoying the possibilities with it. I bought the jet black a year ago and the Japanesque ones about the same time as I purchased this. I’m impressed with Turner brand.

使いやすい絵の具です。また他の色も頼もうと思います。
