Unfortunately they are hard plastic. I was disappointed about that.

Can a three year old pull the trigger?

My three year old can but he uses both hands. To be honest, it hurt a 32 year old to pull the trigger. I've been thinking about melting the triggers straighter.

Probably can - they're not really small but not exceptionally large either.

Can the holsters be removed from belt? With out damage? The belt is needed for costume.

I do not remember as this present was for children outside my area.
