I have purchased this supplement multiple times and swear by it! I love the combination of vitamins and zinc. I feel like it really helps with my bones.The pills are easily swallowed and have no taste to them. The recommended dose is 3 per day. I tend to take one at night and 2 in the morning. The packaging is easy to open and came with a freshness seal under the cap. Overall great value for the money.

Great value for a great supplement

What is contained in this supplement are not often included within multivitamins. Taking these along with the multivitamins keep you from getting less cold and flu. It works well for me.

These vitamins are very good. My sleep has definitely been better since I have been taking them. My only downfall with this is that the tablets are on the bigger side but they are worth it

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Have bought these calcium tablets in the past, however, Receiving this reorder from the same manufacturer, there was a noticeable change in the pill size/shape. They are less rounded and deeper in cross-section and are now more like a horse pill and tougher to swallow. Will have to rethink on reordering these in the future.
