I love these. I started taking them in medical school when I was wired, anxious and could not sleep for the life of me. It would take hours to fall asleep and then I'd wake up multiple times a night. These have been heaven sent. I'd take 1-2 before bed, play some rain sounds, and have the best 7 uninterrupted hours of sleep ever. I never got a "sleep hangover" the next morning the way I did when I tried Benadryl or any other sleepy time meds. I have no complaints about the quality, smell, or taste. I never experience stomach discomfort, but it does make you burp more, and your burps taste like lavender. That's my only side effect complaint. But since I usually take them at night, it's not a problem for me. I have taken them in the day time when I have presentations and exams and it's helped reduce my anxiety (I also chewed gum to reduce the possibility of lavender breath). I always recommend to struggling med/grad students who aren't getting enough sleep. I think it's worth its weight in gold.

Very calming and soothing when used everyday. Gives me slight burps but they taste like lavender. Value for money. Ease of swallow. Quality. Effectiveness is there! 10 out of 10. I would recommend for those dealing with anxiety or those simply wanting to help handle everyday stressors.

Unfortunately this product did not work for me. Praying that it works for others

The product itself works well. My elderly grandmother has bad anxiety and has a hard time sleeping through the night. She started taking this in the evenings (as suggested by her doctor). She also started another prescription, so it’s hard to tell which one is working (if not both). But she’s been doing better with being able to relax at night and sleep more throughout the night. My only issue was that it took 2 whole weeks to be delivered. Also, this was $17 a box when I ordered it on May 26, now it’s $27 for a box? I’m using a different seller to reorder for July. They are offering 2 day shipping for less than $15 a box… Make sure you check out other sellers before purchasing!
