Dried up.
The product arriver with one sponge having no liquid and the other only a 1/4 left. The container does not seal so I presume this is one factor together with maybe old stock.

These are quick and easy to use. Just open and wipe your shoes a few times and they’ll shine and look like new money! These are great value for the money. Dries quickly. Works well and easy to travel with. And yes, they can be used daily if needed.
