They came in and where great at first but after a year they will not work properly and I’ve changed batteries an everything. They had to be programmed when I got them but that was exspected. Now after a year the original to my truck still works great but all the ones I purchased have stopped working. I guess that is what I get for trying to go cheaper an buy off brand.

They are a solid match of the original key. Only downside is I didn’t realize I couldn’t program myself. Still a great inexpensive option for backups

this thing works great. i just hope that it keeps on working. go to batteries plus to have the key cut and programmed. they have the best price for this service by far.

The issue was was not with the fob. I called around to different locksmiths in my area. $60 was the lowest price to reprogram but the locksmith could not do it when I drove to the business, either his computer tool was outdated or he did not know how to do this. One locksmith said Amazon fobs would not work and would damage my working fob and I needed to pay him $350 for a single fob, I told him about reviews on Amazon and many were happy, he said Amazon fobs would not work. I found one guy who charged me $100 to reprogram my 2 Amazon fobs and my existing fob still works, he removed the metal keys out of the fob meant for the door and cut them. The two dealers I called never called me back both said they were short staffed. Advise.. shop around. About the fobs themselves.. They feel the same and work the same as the factory. I am very happy with it. Longevity? Who knows but they are backups and will get little use (except for the first 30 days to make sure there are no problems) I ranked easy to install as low because you cannot install them yourself and the all day even driving and calling around town to find a locksmith was not easy. Other than that everything is good and I would recommend them.

Saved me hundreds of dollars from the dealership. Still had to get a locksmith to program them but that was in $50.

I purchased these two Fobs last June and one of them has stopped working already.

Received these remotes and was was defective. Very disappointed
