Pretty happy with that level of responsiveness.I'm really big into the smart home scene and have a great deal of products I use around the house so I like to think I'm pretty well versed in these kinds of things and can give an accurate review. I wanted to wait a couple weeks from my purchase date to make sure that I got enough time to be fair about their review and so that my girls (who will be using these in their room primarily) can use them and tell me what they think as well. My views below reflect the combination of my opinion and their feedback.Price:The price is phenomenal - 15ft of smart led strip for around $20 is excellent. It doesn't have any sort of built-in diffuser - which, it's important to mention, that isn't uncommon at all - usually that's reserved for very high end light strips, so no problem there - just mentioning it for information purposes for folks reading this and wondering if it does.Light Quality:Regarding the quality of light, the lights are very bright and have a very good dimmable range. They also have a very large color pallet and seem to have pretty faithful color reproduction from whatever color you pick on the app. The LED strip itself also appears to be a standard cuttable/extendable LED strip as you can see in my pic above.Smart Features:The lights have a dedicated app (I'm using iOS, so that's what my review will be based on) called SwitchBot that can be used to setup the lights and control them. You can also create scenes, quick options (favorites) and dynamically adjusting color sets in the scenes. It's worth mentioning that last bit as some apps tend to call "Scenes" just a specific color on specific lights whereas this one you can setup multiple colors and have the scene rotate through them. One of our favorites in the app (demoed in my review video) is the "Music" mode where the lights sync with your music based on a color pallet you setup (or use the default which is mostly purples and pinks). It's important to note this syncs based on the sound that the controller picks up and NOT actually syncing with any music app. You can see this in action by just talking or making sounds (we like to beatbox around here) and watch the lights go crazy when you have Music Mode turned on. Very cool and very responsive, however if your audio source is too far away from the wired controller on the power cord or too quiet, they won't pick them up, but that hasn't been a problem for us yet.They integrate with Google Home, Alexa, IFTT, Line Clova, and has Siri Shortcut support. I have Google Home setup (though we're primarily a HomeKit family) and they appeared in there easily enough. The Siri Shortcut will turn it off and on and works well. I also have Homebridge setup and use the SwitchBot integration so these lights appear in HomeKit and it works really well with no problems. You can't control the "music" option or turn it off/on in anything but the SwitchBot app, but that's also pretty common for specialized features. Also worth mentioning it can use the app to find nearby SwitchBot products through bluetooth and control them that way, or by connecting the devices to wifi and setting them up for cloud control. We use cloud control and it works very well.There are only 2 small areas for improvement I want to mention and both are related to the app:First, the app has some localization issues. A couple main screens (like the color picker) has the column heading in Chinese. This doesn't really affect it's functionality, and is probably a quick fix. Update: As mentioned in my edit at the top, this was corrected with an app update and no longer an issue.Second, the app can be a little slow. If I'm opening it for the first time in a while and click some options to change, there's a noticeable delay before it responds. It seems to need to reestablish connection instead of being always on like you would expect a cloud product to be. This delay is also present in Google and HomeKit (through Homebridge) so I think it's a connectivity issue more than an app issue.That said, overall even the two cons I mentioned don't outweigh the pros and I will 100% be buying more SwitchBot products.

Bought these for my girls' room to use as a decoration for my 9yr old & a nightlight for my newborn. The strip was easy to apply, stuck perfectly, and fit exactly where I wanted it. The app is fun and super easy to use. I was able to set it up so I can turn the lights on a very low, dark purple for nightime feedings, or blink orange/green to signal my older daughter to come out of her room for dinner or whatever instead of yelling for her. Since the app can be used from anywhere I also get to troll my kid by making the lights suddenly start blinking bright random colors when I'm not even home. I'm ordering more for my son's room and my own bedroom. Money well spent!

Don't they ever try to use better adhesive. How hart is it to test and see the glue sucks

These are a great addition to my garage gym, I bought about 8 of these and they are a great way to add some ambient light without adding too much heat. I recommend these for anyone who wants to spruce up their space and the Switchbot app is super easy. I also love that it can be connected using Bluetooth or through the app!

I love how easy things are to set up in the Switchbot universe vs others (IKEA Tradfri, I'm looking at you.) Easy to add, easy to control, and pretty. These lights give me the chance to add great ambience to my room. Love them!

The color saturation of these leds are great. Very responsive and certainly a great deal for the price. I'm very happy I heard about these strip lights!

Easy to use!

I have several switchbbot products, but these strip lights have given be the hardest time. Worked great, but after 1 year of use they don't respond to the app or the remote. I've tried resetting them according to the website, but they still don't work properly. Besides that, they've been good lights!

They're working as intended, I set them on my desk, look good, but the colour isn't exactly as accurate as the other colour light bulb or LEDs I have but it's "close enough". I like the control by the app, mainly to connect it with google home. Another downside, the LEDs cannot smoothly change to another colour, it will completely turn off and then, turn on with the selected colour. It's not particularly a big thing, but when you set them to a rainbow effect, the finish is hard and as I told earlier, with my other colour lights, it simply broke the ambiance feel.
