you have mentioned that it shd not be applied to eyelid...so what shd be applied 1)on eyelid 2)on dark area that is on the nose while forming circle

Hi, you can use the netraa on eyelids, but not directly. Apply some on your fingers and then apply else the roller may hurt your eyes.

Can we apply around the eye , where dark dark spots are present?

The Netraa can be used under the eyes. But don't apply on eyelids or inside the eye - the infused oils may cause burning or irritation in these sensitive areas - only apply in the undereye region.

Can we use this for oily skin ? Will it cause any allergy ?

Hi Sarmila, yes absolutely you can use it on oily skin too. If you have very very oily, skin, apply a layer of a gel base moisturiser or some rose water, or Flora jal, followed by the application if this netraa. Allergy is a very different question - you may or may not be allergic to the netraa - the only way to check is to use and find out. But the netraa does not have any known allergy causing ingredients.
