Kingston Technology HyperX Impact 16GB 2666MHz DDR4 CL15 260-Pin SODIMM Laptop Memory (HX426S15IB2/16)

Replaced the 8gb junk ram that came with my Ryzen 5 3500u APU laptop. Previously I had constant crashes with certain games that utilized a lot of ram. This ram not only removed that crashing issue, but since Ryzen is heavily ram dependant, I saw a surprising increased in game performance. Only ram that has Cl15 timing, which is the optimal timing for Ryzen cpus. Cheap, and fantastic product, as expected of any memory based product from Kingston. They've been doing it for a long time, and it shows that they know what they are doing. Would recommend.

I bought this RAM to upgrade my ASUS ROG G703 VI. It was probably a bit overkill, but I was in that upgrade kind of mood... At first, my laptop wouldn't boot after installing the RAM, but as I suspected, I just needed to update the BIOS. With the upgrade in place, the laptop started just fine and reflected the additional RAM just fine. I bought two sticks, though I bought them each separately since it was cheaper that way for some reason. Everything has been running smoothly ever since.

These HyperX modules have the most aggressive timings when it comes to DDR4-2666. Considering that the price is the same as all of the other manufacturers, I see no reason not to run the faster timing. My Lenovo X1 Extreme immediately detected the XMP profile and gave the 15 timing. Is this any faster than the 17 or 19 that I see from the other big names? Supposedly, but it's not like what I do with this laptop will need every tenth of a percent. The heatsinks look huge in the picture but are pretty much paper-thin. No clue if they even do anything.

I bought a 16GB stick to fill in a slot in a Asus GL504GS and it booted right up with 32GB. My only regret is I didnt go ahead and upgrade the stock stick as well because the frequency dropped a little to compensate, but the latency improved so overall I did gain performance.

Perfect fit and registered all 16gb in my Synology NAS. If you know anything about them, they are finicky about what hardware they will 'certify' as acceptable in their fragile ecosystems. Works perfectly. Likely overkill for my needs as I'm just using the NAS for storage and streaming of content through Plex.

Fast Memory to my Gamer computer. HyperX works great, is very reliable and now had 32GB for my Omen Laptop. I trust Kingston, haven't need the lifetime warranty in other products, and this also may not be different. Works cool and fast as expected.

So anyone of you who's wondering what's CAS Latency and how is it calculated. You could do some basic research and use the calculator to understand Latency. i.e. CAS latency/RAM clock speed) x 2000 = latency in nanoseconds Hence this is the lowest latency RAM that I could have in my system that also supports XMP 2.0 for overclocking RAM that can be enabled in BIOS. Got these as pair of 2 RAMs and work perfectly as advertised at 2666MHz and with XMP 2.0 enabled. Always verify if your system supports reported frequency at times it could be 2400 that's supported than what's shown in product page. Also ensure if XMP is supported. Worth every penny. There were many other RAMs from Crucial (Micron) and took my while to differentiate and choose this over the rest for aforementioned reasons.

Installed on HP Omen 17. I added this module to my laptop along with the existing 8GB Samsung module, and I'm happy to say the process was very easy. The instructions in the packaging are straight-forward, fortunately installing RAM isn't too tricky even for a beginner. The module itself is nicely presented with a black finish, and functionally it is very capable. A good balance of CL and clock speed so it's good for both gaming and data-heavy tasks, and I'm also happy to say it was compatible with my existing Samsung 2666MHz SODIMM, although the Samsung chip has a slower CL which will hold back the HyperX slightly. The warranty for the module is also excellent - you don't even need to register is (as far as I can tell), and you're covered for a lifetime! As an added bonus, it comes with a tasteful metallic-backed sticker, so you can show off the specs of your machine with ease - I've put mine next to the Intel and GeForce GTX stickers and it compliments them nicely.

La instalación fue muy rápida, considerando las debidas precauciones y me refiero a quitarte la estática antes de instalar. No me llevó más de 5 minutos ponerla. Mi laptop va muy bien y ocupo la memoria de acuerdo a lo configurado, ya no me ha salido la pantalla azul que me causaba la falta de, es un buen producto y lo recomiendo.

Ich nutze mehrere PCs, einen Lenovo Laptop, ein Surface Pro und eine ältere Workstation. Ich habe mir die Tastatur gekauft, da ich für alle Geräte dieselbe Tastatur nutzen möchte, ohne einen Kabelsalat auf dem Schreibtisch. Für diesen Zweck habe ich das Keyboard von Iclever erworben, da es hierfür die idealen Voraussetzungen mit sich bringt. Die drei getrennten Anschlussmöglichkeiten (zweimal Bluetooth und einmal 2,4G wireless Empfänger) entsprechen genau meinem Bedarf. Das Umschalten zwischen den verschiedenen PCs funktioniert problemlos. Der Anschlag der Tasten ermöglicht ein schnelles und sicheres Tippen. Bei einem Problem mit der Tastatur hat der Kundendienst schnell und unbürokratisch reagiert und mir eine neue Tastatur zur Verfügung gestellt. Ich kann das Produkt und den Händler uneingeschränkt empfehlen.
