Air Cork Wine Preserver Replacement Balloon

Whereas I love the Air Cork and would give it 5 stars, this is a review of the only weak part of it. The Balloons quality is just not that great. A thicker higher quality material would be very much appreciated. I would pay extra for that option. Now it might be more inexpensive, however you have to use it with care and I think thats a drawback after a couple of glasses ;).

i love the product system as a whole but this one balloon for whatever reason was a little wonky for lack of better terminology! which is bound to happen...so don't take my 3 stars to mean the whole system isn't great cause it is. and these balloons are cheap enough to replace.

Since my wife doesn't drink, I often have half a bottle of nice wine left after a meal. In the past, I've tried several other methods to preseve it (pumping, gas) but would always find the wine degraded when consuming it the next day. None of these methods worked as well as the wine balloon. I have a couple of small complaints about it, however. First, it is much more expensive than it needs to be - - the product is extremely simple. Second, there is no "spare" balloon in the package. I don't look forward to shelling-out another $23 for a replacement kit.

I saw this invention on the Shark Show. The inventor was offered multiple deals in which he promptly refused all and decided to go on his own. I found his invention on Amazon and promptly purchased it. It is a great invention, works well and is a great conversation piece. I am extremely happy with my purchase.

Takes some practice getting the balloon to push down onto the liquid level and fill up the sides of the bottle in order to completely eliminate an air pocket over the wine. Lasted about 4 months of weekly use before needing replacement.

Purchased two of these kits at separate times over the last couple years. Even with a brand new balloon....interment they would leak off all the air overnight, then again some times they would hold air. Coincidently, it seemed like they would leak when I was trying to preserve an expensive bottle of wine. I purchased a second one thinking the first was just defective, not the case. Sent an email to the company, never even received a response. I first saw this idea on Shark Tank, I think it is a great idea, but that's all it is, a great idea.

I give it 4 stars because it does not work on a 1 1/2 liter bottle. I've popped 2 balloons that way so far. It only works on the 750 ml bottles and it works wonderfully.

First I never write a review but this product needs a consumer report. I bought this product hoping it would work. I had it in a bottle for one day and the bulb ripped apart. I decided to give it a second chance so I ordered a new bulb and after one use the bulb developed two small holes and would not hold any air. It’s a nice idea but it does not work.
