Good, but could have been great.
Anatolian Puzzle - Picture Gallery - 3000 Picture Gallery - 3000 was over all a great puzzle, brought down a bit due to a few flaws. However, in true Anatolian fashion, the cost to quality equation makes it must buy for any serious puzzler looking for a good 3000 piece puzzle. Anatolian offers a few nice perks for a puzzle maker looking to compete with the big boys (Buffalo and Ravensburger) but lack luster image and piece quality makes them fell a little short compared to the others. Still worth the money though, find more bellow. Difficulty: 4.5/5 This was a delightfully difficult puzzle for anyone who enjoys a challenge. Lots of similar colors persist throughout with a generally muted tone. The frames of each smaller piece of art in the picture trick you into thinking that you will be doing many smaller puzzles, but most are so similar to one another that you won’t find that strategy very helpful in the beginning. This one is not for the causal puzzler and should stay strictly in the wheelhouse of a more experienced person, or risk having a frustrating experience. Image Quality: 3/5 I was disappointed by the apparently low DPI used with this print. The image has been licensed by at least one other company (Ravensburger 5000 piece with the same image) who was able to print at a higher resolution. Maybe that license was too expensive for Anatolian to afford? For whatever reason the image lacks the sharpness of the original work of art. This gives it an overall muddy appearance. However, considering the price, it would seem to be the trade off here. Was hoping for more but settled with it being “okay”. Piece Quality: 3/5 Was also not overly impressed with the piece quality. While they are sturdy and don’t at all feel cheap, the cut and die quality was less then impressive. Most pieces don’t lock firmly and even two or three pieces assembled and moved will require a piece of paper or puzzle scoop to relocate without falling apart on you. This puzzle also suffers from a limited number of piece variety, often repeating the same simple shapes many times. This may or may not be a bad thing considering the difficulty of the puzzle, but I prefer many unique design and less repetitiveness. Price: 5/5 And here is where Anatolian shines always. I payed $35 US for us and that’s about what it’s worth. I wouldn’t pay anymore then $40 for this particular one because of some of its faults, but for a 3000 piece puzzle it’s a steal! Swap/Resell Value: 2/5 Sadly not many people are interested in puzzles this large and this difficult, so you may be holding in to this one for awhile. Not a problem if you are planing on adding it to a long term collection, but don’t expect to get ride of it that easily. Overall Score: 3.75/5 While not quite living up to the standards of other high end puzzle makers, the Anatolian Puzzle - Picture Gallery - 3000 is a great bang for your buck 3000 piece challenge. Not for everyone and not accessible to inexperienced puzzlers, I however enjoyed it very much and thus forgive most of its shortcomings and give it a relatively high score.

HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT
Colors were washed out on the puzzle compared to the box picture. Bright red chair was a muted maroon! Everything was blurry/pixelated on the actual puzzle pieces compared to the picture on the box! It looks as if they took a small picture and blew it up losing details and colors. Returning immediately. Very disappointed!!!

Great puzzle but needs larger image.
This puzzle needs a much larger image included. It is almost impossible to work off the image on the box.

Too big for our table
I should have looked at the final size of the puzzle as it is huge, couldn't finish it cuz we didn't have the table space for it, but it's great if you want a big puzzle!

Poor Photo Quality
The picture on the puzzles is overly pixelated. The colors are even more muted than the already neutral colors. There is also no reference picture besides the box.

The image printed on the puzzle has very low quality, it's very blured, it even makes it hard to understand what's on it, as if it was enhanced from a small low resolution image. Since a puzzle is a product which relies on image, I find strange and dishonest to sell such low quality product. I'm very disappointed, and won't buy again from this seller.

Bought the 3000 piece Anatolian Puzzle - Picture Gallery, #4924 In the "About this item", it says "Every Anatolian piece is unique". This is not true. I'm still working on the puzzle, but one of the difficulties is pieces fitting in multiple places and many of them are the same shape and size. I haven't finished the border because of pieces being the same shape and size. One of the ways I know a piece doesn't belong is its a darker piece than the pieces around it. Photos show 2 pieces the same. I like a challenge but I wasn't expecting this. Also, this is the first time I ever had extra puzzle pieces. When I finally finished the puzzle, I had 41 pieces left over.
