I opened a bag for myself. This is a gift for someone special to me and they sent birthday cake flavor, but it was advertised the blue bag like it normally is but to close to Christmas to reorder.

This was a WASTE of money. One bag came full. One bag came 1/4 full. The third bag was hard as a rock. And the only option is to return it???? I’m not driving to the UPS store to return defective cotton candy.
