Best IEM under 100 dollars!
This is the best IEM under 100 dollars! This is the second generation EX1, which is based on DUNU Titan 1s. Excellent separation of low, mids, and highs. Bass is strong, but not overwhelming. Very wide sound stage, with clear resolution of individual instruments. I don't think you can get a better IEM in this price range. The only downside is the semi open design. People near you will be able to hear your music.Edit: Some Thoughts On Build Quality and Comparison with the 1more Triple DriverThe EX1 cable seems very sturdy and it has a kevlar/woven feel to it. It also has a natural spring to it, so it unravels and stays straight very easily when worn. It does not kink at all. Microphonics is very good. It is barely noticeable, and non-existent if you use the tie clip.In comparison to the 1more Triple Driver, The triple driver has more of a natural warm tone to it, due to having a heavier bass. It does not as wide of a soundstage as the EX1 2nd gen. Neither have any sibilance, and both have excellent treble. However, the 1more seems more fatiguing after an hour or so. I think it is due to the highs being more forefront. In terms of build quality, the 1more cable is woven, but it does not have any spring to it. Cable stays bent or twisted when you take it out of the box and wear it. Overall, I would choose the EX1 2nd gen for daily use

My previous few pairs have been around twice the price and didn't sound as good. I would give them 5 stars
The sound on these IEMs is incredible for the price. My previous few pairs have been around twice the price and didn't sound as good.I would give them 5 stars, however, the included tips are very uncomfortable (at least for me). Do yourself a favor and buy some Comply 200 tips. With those, they are also now comfortable along with sounding wonderful.

I love FiiO product
Sounds awesome and price is great at $60.00. If you eq it you will be very happy. One thing though; I think the inline volume control is in a bad place. It should be down towards your chest. There is an awesome slider to cinch the cables together all the way up to your chin, which is especially awesome if you are doing something active. The slider cinch is designed with two very tiny slits so you can move the cinch up above the inline control by snapping the cable out and then back in. The first version of these (which I own too) didn't have the inline control. The 2nd (new) version, these, sound a bit better than the first version I think. The cable has been improved too and they give you a nice hard plastic box with tips to keep everything. I have lots of fiio products and they always perform.

Awesome earphones, horrible customer service
I bought two of these. One for me and one for my father. We both love them. Awesome sound quality, very balanced with high potency. The microphone is of a very good quality, leaving your voice very clear. However, my stated to have some issues with one side, that sometimes would have a lower volume than the other side. I contacted the support and they said they don't have this model with their partner and offered the inferior one, that doesn't even have a microphone. I replied back explaining that I need an earphone that has a microphone. After a replied back I never received any emails back. I sent 2 others emails asking for a reply back and today I sent a third email. So that is a total of 5 emails that I sent and only received one reply, that was the one mentioned above. Worst of all is that the email that I sent explaining I need an earphone with a microphone was sent on March 6th and I still haven't received any reply back. I honestly feel like they are trying to wait until their warranty expires so they can just "get rid" of me. Sad that such a great product has such a poor service.

Fantastic value for price, assuming they don't break
My absolute favorite earbuds as of yet, minus one significant caveat. Excellent sound quality, and they feel sturdy and premium. Unfortunately, my pair broke after only a couple months of use. It's possible I got a fluke pair, but it's worth being aware of.

Doubts about if the ones received first were genuine Fiio product - Reordered from another seller with positive confirmation
The box has a sticker that ask you to scratch it and key the number at Fiio.com.cn to validate authenticity. I did it and according to Fiio these ear monitors were not manufactured by them.Update 7/30/18 - I returned the previous IEM and decided to reorder them from another seller, JCN DigiMart. The IEM arrived today and again, went to Fiio.com.cn to verify authenticity. The message this time was the following: "The product you are checking is genuine. The product is manufactured by FiiO Company, thanks for choosing us." I recommend you to be careful to where you buy these.

Very good, but not perfect.
I was previously using Etymotic Mc5's. These have better bass response, especially below 40 hz, but are not as clear and defined in the upper ranges. The built in microphone is good, and has worked well for me on many long conference calls. The fit is not as deep as the Etymotic, which is more comfortable, as long as the larger body fits comfortable in you ear. These also benefited from the use of my headphone amplifier, which my previous IEMs did not. I am using a Bravo V2 with an Electroharmux (Russian) tube.

Fantastic value
These in-ear headphones are EXCELLENT. The mids are clear and balanced, there's some sizzle on the top end and the bass extension is deep but not splatty. I owned the first generation of these headphones and they were *indestructible*. This second generation fixed a few small things and seems to have made them even more durable, if that's possible. The cable is a really nice sturdy material and doesn't get tangled up. Make sure you experiment with ear tips because achieving a good seal has a significant effect on sound quality, volume, and comfort. For this overall quality I would have HAPPILY paid $150 - these are a slam dunk.

Fiio EX1 II

FiiO EX1 II Aerospace In-Ear Monitors...
Leggere, solide. Soddisfatto dell'acquisto. Consegna puntuale.
