It was delivered today and I made ghee from butte in just 25 mins, Made chapatis on milton induction tawa It's little hard as I m used to cook chapati on high flame but it was not at all bad.. I m happy as I have purchased it for my 13 days stay at non furnished home so wanted to cook there so bought and I am right now satisfied. Best part is it goes off if there is no pot on it.. Cons: 1. PCB keeps getting damaged, twice in a year. Once right before warranty, then replaced also broke in another 4-5 months and costs 1600 to replace. 2. Touch buttons - really unintuitive. Takes pressing twice to power on. Even their certified technician keeps getting confused how to use it. Really hard to use. 3. Temperature/power slider is a touch-slider that, again, really unintuitive - no feedback, and no fine control, overshoots, undershoots. Completely dysfunctional UX/UI 4. Timer starts at 30 mins by default... takes at least 4-5 swipes to dial it down to 5 mins, again, undershoots/overshoots requiring constant back and forth to get right. 5. Really low clearance, if milk spills it gets inside very easily Pros: * Looks good when left unused

Never thought an Induction cooktop from a reputed brand like Havells would crack like this. This cooktop's top top glass suddenly cracked while cooking. Since the cooktop was under warranty I contacted the brand for service. I was told that glass is not covered under warranty and I need to pay the amount for the glass. I said ok and asked the price, to my amaze I was told that glass cost is ₹1200. I thought for that price I would be able to buy a new induction cooktop from other decent brands
