I love the colours and it's a good bike for around town battery is good and goes with ease. Brakes are excellent and very sturdy

It was obvious the bike received had already been built by someone else. The box was poorly taped up and ripped. A red flag to start. The previous build resulted in paint scratches and scrapes. I was offered £15 to buy touch up paint and a cleaning kit. Which I have yet to receive. The front axle tightening was difficult and the plastic cap came off while cycling and is now lost. I replaced the axle with a better quality one and the braking and security of the front wheel is now secure. Overall the bike runs well and the quality is good value for money. All in all the features of the bike are good but let down by the scratches and scrapes where some bike parts have been attached and unattached. I would say compared to other higher level brands the paintwork is prone to easy scratching and thus of a lesser quality; you get what you pay for I suppose. I would purchase another of these bikes but would have to be guaranteed a brand new out of the box bike not “second hand”. Update. Despite my early misgivings noted above this bike is really good value and performs well (75km June 3rd) Bike looks good out and about compared to other electric bikes. Would have no qualms recommending purchase of this bike.

Great bike so far, completed over 90 miles so far, I would say the battery range is approximately 40-45 miles per charge when ridden at Pedal Assist mode 3 (PA3), takes approximately 7-8 hours to fully charge the battery, The bike is pretty fast, motor kicks in after completing the 1st pedal rotation. Overall the bike is very comfortable to ride, I am still trying to get used to gear shifting although you won't really need to change the gears, comes with 27 gears instead of 21.

,crap faulty motor and battery never worked well the 1st time i got it the battery was faulty took a long time to send me a new one now the motor faulty dont work and thay no all about it but want £150 for a new motor not been far on it not happy dont buy of them just got a £750 bike of them thats no good any more thay want not very good not had it long and the motor went and thay no it was bad but still wanted £250 for a new motor nhen it went down to £150 then thay said if was falty and i can have one for £150 now its gone up to £150 and thay not very good how to but one of them the bike like new only been 100 miles on it and it cos me £750 and the emails i get of them are nasty

Bike arrived earlier than expected Easy to assemble, customer service sent YouTube links to assemble and operate control panel. Bike performance is excellent. Makes going up hill Easy. Had bike since March no problems Would highly recommend anyone looking for ebike. Good value for money

It arrived much quicker than expected, it is reliable, was quite easy to assemble, it actually survived a car accident which I had at the start of the year and it still works perfectly, so I would say it is very sturdy :D Would recommend that you consider doing delivery work for Deliveroo to Uber Eats.

It's good but tubes and tyres are fake anything else is perfect.

The bike itself looks really good and when put together is sturdy. The trouble I have is probably my weight. I purposely looked to check weight restrictions when I bought as I weigh 130KG. One of the reasons for buying was to get out and exercise more. It said weight limit was 150KG so I thought OK. Unfortunately despite the saddle being tightened as much as possible in the position I need it, whenever I sit on it, it slides all the way down leaving me with my knees around my ears when pedalling. I may joke and have a laugh about it but I have arthritic knees so this is quite painful. I have taken the bike to somebody to get the problem sorted. Its a shame as if it wasnt for that I would have given 5 Stars.
