Stopper near impossible to remove
Great quality laboratory glassware. Would've been a five star review based strictly on quality. Item shipped with ungreased stopper inserted. Spent nearly an hour trying to get the stopper out with ice, hot water and tapping with a wooden spoon to break it free but was finally successful. Five more minutes and I would've returned it. I would suggest greasing the stopper before shipping to prevent the hardship to the customer.
