A serious bit of kit, expensive but if you look at the amount of water you drink & given the amount of foreign particles in our water nowadays, this is a very important way to ensure your drinking healthy. Our daughter had one for a long time & change our mind set. The water quality is amazing plus safe so will pay for itself in no time given the amount of bottled water we were buying plus good for the environment as less bottles going into recycling. Very easy to set up & use would highly recommended especially if your in a hard water area. The water tastes amazing plus you can see just how much pollutants are removed from your tap water which makes you think!!

Finally, I have stumbled across a product like this in my search for fresh clean water.I have family in Norway and the tap water there is absolutely amazing in taste.The water that comes out of this machine is nearly the same tasting as that of Norway!I'm not usually a fan of Evian usually I gravitate towards volvic in regards to taste.- glass jug is amazing- more filters than other machines- not too big (good size for me)- can have multiple jugs- machine looks good- when it's idle , it's completely silentTip - I play music to the water once it's filtered if you're into that stuff

So far so good, easy to set up, and the speed of water filtering is fast enough.Only slight surprise was the 2 pin plug and adapter that came with the unit, as i had assumed this was a unit for the UK market. Had i have known this i could have brought the same filter unit off of ebay for £80 cheaper.Slight delay with the shipping, which required me to chase the seller, but was rectified quickly enough.

Unfortunately this does not work at all, it is shocking they are sending out things like that, clearly this should be tested before being sold, very disappointing, will not be taking chances with this brand anymore, hope others have better luck.

The product is good but I can’t find replacement filters so my machine stays unused because of that. When the filters are done, after that you can’t use it anymore.
