This is a good quality sugar.
Value was reasonable. Taste was fresh. No problem with this sugar and baking ability. This is a good quality sugar. Never had a problem with the sweetness of this sugar.

I thought I was buying bags, these are canistars. It is very convenient as i do not have to handle a heavy container.

"TAINTED SUGAR"
The three(3)20 OZ. containers of this sugar arrived in a box that had the distinct fragrance of what smelled like soap. The sugar containers smelled the same as did the sugar inside the containers, and the sugar has a taste like soap. I don't know if this particular lot of this brand of sugar lies with the sugar company or with "amazon". I suspect the sugar containers(made from cardboard)were possibly stored next to a soap product which transferred it's fragrance to the sugar. That is entirely possible as I've used this brand of sugar in the past and had no complaints with it. That's why I rated this product with only one star. I would have given it a "0" rating if it were possible.
