I’ve been looking around for something to help with energy and memory. I always start new supplements out at half dose and with crackers. Other reviews state upset stomach but I haven’t noticed any issues. As I ease into adding this I’ve noticed morning energy and focus.

Helps with focus and energy. I could only take a half a dose otherwise it contributed to irritability.

Memory issues run in my family, so I'm trying to prevent or prolong them. I started taking these the day they arrived, which was only a few days ago. I already noticing a difference. I'm remembering things much faster than before. I can't wait to see how well they work with continued usage.
