I take one shot on the days that I have 2 workouts scheduled and it makes a great difference in the quality of my second workout. Taste is pretty bad, though

These don’t taste good, but they do taste better than plain beet juice. To me, these taste like cold tomato soup. Still better than the taste of plain beet juice- which I can’t even describe except as dirty dirt or something. I like the ingredients of these shots, appreciate that they are organic, and they seem fresh. I’m not sure about their effectiveness, but I am feeling pretty good after taking them for almost 2 weeks now. I bought another pack to finish out the month, but I don’t think I’ll be able to continue. I can’t afford $100/month for beetroot juice shots. It’s just too much. The value isn’t there for me. Guess it’ll be back to chubby dirty dirt plain beet juice for me after this month.

This is an expensive shot of liquid, no doubt about that. However, I do notice that my perceived level of exertion is slightly lower when I have had a shot 3 to 4 hours prior to a strenuous bike workout. I save it for my hardest intervals and race day. No gut issues at all. Taste isn't that bad, and I hate beets typically. I will order again.

I’ll never be without beet shots again. I was first using red ace for rigorous hikes afterwards and the next day I felt like I never did the hike. It takes care of the sore torn muscles immediately. I love this Beet it brand because it’s lighter in weight , but works just as great as red ace for after my weight lifting work outs! (Make sure you consume right after your workout or hike don’t wait more than 20 minutes to consume it, for some reason it only works right after your work out/hike.) So keep it close to you pocket/backpack
