Best CBT workbook ever!
First, this workbook is designed to be used by individuals which means you don't have to be a therapist and can do self-directed CBT. Second, I am a SMART Recovery facilitator and this is the best book you can buy for the money. Third it includes all CBT and DBT tools and describes how to use them for specific diagnoses.

So worth the purchase!!
As an experienced social worker who was out of the clinical game for a few years in need of a CBT refresher with ready to use tools, this book was the perfect match. It would also be great for beginner clinicians as it is simple to follow and has amazing resources to implement and utilize in sesssions immediately. I really love how it gives an overview and then breaks down into specific symptoms. Great investment and resource to have on hand.

Great help when working with CBT & Teens!
I loved the simple explanations and detailed exercises. When working with teens most often simple is better even if you are asking them to think deeper. I recommend this to anyone wanting to learn CBT and specific exercises for specific topics. Easy to read and work.

Great Resource
Many workbooks are heavy on the reading and light on the actual worksheets, but this is not the case here! CBT Workbook for Therapists is filled with tons of worksheets to use with your clients. It’s easy to find what you need based on presenting concern. I wish I had this resource sooner!

A No-Nonsense Helpful Set of Tools
Finally! A no-nonsense set of tools available to help therapists and other mental health practitioners and their clients process mental, emotional, and behavioral challenges in highly personal and practical ways. A great addition to any counseling library, this book helps de-mystify therapy and the therapeutic process. Thanks Dr. Loggins for a great resource.
