Great item to add a cold water line to a sink. Fits right above the shutoff valve and the cold water line connects to the top and the side connector is for whatever you are adding. Perfect with no leaks

Bought these to offset a pair that came with my glass rinser that I installed, as reviews for the glass rinser tee valve were negative in most reviews. Glad I ordered these. Came with plumbing tape, hooked up with no issues and not a single leak. Great value as well for two!

Works fine with thread seal.
Tape is worthless. get some thread seal instead, and save yourself a lot of hassle.

It is a great quality brass fitting and includes rubber seals built into the fitting. I used one to install a new bidet toilet seal. All three threads are the same 3/8" thread standard with one being female and two being male so acts like a perfect splitter at your kitchen or bathroom tap or toilet. I intend to buy more to use on my sinks at the cottage so I can split off to a line to drain out quickly when I close up in the fall.
